Notes

'Petite Porcelain' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Petite Porcelain') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Roy G. Klehm bred it in 1998. The fragrant white blooms are semi-double and ball shaped, with two to three buds per stem. Strong stems hold the flowers up on plants about 28 inches tall.

Pairs well with Gooseneck loosestrife, Dalmatian bellflower, and Cinnamon fern.
