Notes
'Pink Delight' Japanese pieris (Pieris japonica 'Pink Delight') is an evergreen shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It grows slowly into a dense shape and bears fragrant blooms from early to late spring. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Give it room to fill out over time.
Pairs well with Autumn fern, Japanese forest grass, and Galaxy magnolia.
