Notes
'Pink Heaven' peony (Paeonia 'Pink Heaven') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, bright pink flowers have a deeper pink center, reach 12 inches across, and attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Toichi Itoh bred it in 1949.
Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Polish Spirit clematis, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
