Notes

'Pink Icing' blueberry (Vaccinium 'Pink Icing') is a shrub for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. It grows 2 to 4 feet tall and stays compact enough for containers. New growth emerges pink, blue, and green, and pink-flushed white flowers open in spring. The flowers become large, sweet blueberries, and the leaves turn turquoise blue toward fall.

Pairs well with Honeyberry, Granny Smith apple, and Daffodil.
