'Pink Lightning' garden phlox (Phlox paniculata 'Pink Lightning') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and butterfly gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Its bright pink flowers have a white starburst in the center and are the largest in the Luminary series. The foliage stays healthy and mildew free, and hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Royal fern, Monkshood, and Tall sunflower.
