Notes
'Pink Sea Foam' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pink Sea Foam') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant, semi-double blooms open medium pink in early summer and age to soft light pink. Strong stems carry two to three buds each, so the flowers hold up well when cut. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and the deep green foliage looks good all season.
Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Royal fern, and Spanish bluebell.
