Notes

'Pink Tranquility' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pink Tranquility') is a perennial for borders, cut flower use, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Strong 36 inch stems hold large pink buds. They open to fragrant Japanese type flowers nine inches across, with silvery edges and bright yellow staminodes in the center. The blooms last a long time and hold their pink color to the end.

Pairs well with Black-eyed Susan, Sedge, and Black Hero tulip.
