Notes
'Platinum Reign' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Platinum Reign') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flower gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The white double flowers have a soft flesh-pink glow deep in the center and open in late spring. Stems reach about 26 inches tall, so give them support when in flower.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Ostrich fern, and Picture tulip.
