Notes
'Pleasure' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pleasure') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers are single and white, so they bring a clean, simple look to a bed or a vase. George Hollis bred this peony. It is not yet in general commerce.
Pairs well with Hosta, Grape hyacinth, and Blue grama.
