Notes

'Polly Prim' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Polly Prim') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant white double flowers open in late spring. Each miniature bloom measures not over five inches across. Edward Auten, Jr bred it in 1941.

Pairs well with Woodland phlox, Balloon flower, and Sedge.
