Notes

'Portofino' rose (Rosa 'Portofino') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays short and mounded, with dark green leaves and fragrant white blooms that attract bees. Michel Adam bred it in 2003. Flowers open in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Hyssop, Jackmanii clematis, and Grape hyacinth.
