Notes

'Prelude' raspberry (Rubus idaeus 'Prelude') is a shrub for food gardens, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer tend to pass it by. It is a self-pollinating, everbearing raspberry that gives two crops per season. Remove fruited canes after fruiting to encourage new canes.

Pairs well with High-bush blueberry, Empire apple, Jeana garden phlox, and Calendula.
