Notes
'Princess Duleep Singh' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Princess Duleep Singh') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Kelway bred it. The cupped, old-rose-pink flowers have a buff-yellow center and a waxy fragrance. It blooms freely in early to mid season and grows about 30 inches tall.
Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Blonde Ambition blue grama, Shrub rose, and Sensitive fern.
