Notes
'Profusion Double Red' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Profusion Double Red') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast, handles dry spells well, and draws butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.
Pairs well with Soraya sunflower, Snapdragon, and First Knight fountain grass.
