Notes

Prostrate speedwell (Veronica prostrata) is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It grows 6 to 9 inches tall and spreads 6 to 18 inches, and pale to deep blue flowers open in spring and again in summer. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought once settled in.

Pairs well with Indian grass, Mallow, and Rose.
