Notes
'Purple Voice' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis 'Purple Voice') is a bulb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant violet flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. M.C. Zonneveld & Zn. bred it.
Pairs well with Black Parrot tulip, Rainforest Sunrise hosta, and Cinnamon fern.
