Notes

'Pymmes Prevelly' peony (Paeonia 'Pymmes Prevelly') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Early blooming double flowers are soft pink with cream at the center, and the spreading plant benefits from support. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Professor Harald Fawkner bred it.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Nodding onion, and Christmas fern.
