Notes

'QIS Carmine' gomphrena (Gomphrena haageana 'QIS Carmine') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and containers. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its rose blooms open from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn, and butterflies and bees visit them. It sits low on the menu for deer. The plant is drought tolerant, so it needs little care.

Pairs well with Karma Choc dahlia, Lemon grass, and Roselle.
