Notes

'Red Lark' larkspur (Delphinium 'Red Lark') is a perennial for borders and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit its flowers, and it is drought tolerant. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows 24 to 48 inches tall, so give it space at the back of the bed.

Pairs well with Angel Cheeks peony, Fire and Ice hosta, Carlton daffodil, and Western sword fern.
