Notes

'Regal Tapestry' peony (Paeonia 'Regal Tapestry') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The double, ball-shaped flowers are cream with rose-pink shading and small dark flares. John and Dot McFarlane introduced it in 2002. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Obsidian coral bells, Hinoki cypress, and Blue fescue.
