Notes

'Reverse Magic' peony (Paeonia 'Reverse Magic') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant flowers open light yellow flushed with pink and age to cream. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The leaves can look ragged by late summer.

Pairs well with June hosta, Magnus coneflower, and Western sword fern.
