Notes
'Rochefort' rose (Rosa 'Rochefort') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Charles Mallerin bred it in 1936. The fragrant apricot blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn, and bees visit them.
Pairs well with Bigleaf hydrangea, Ornamental onion, Mountain mint, and The President clematis.
