Notes

'Romantic Elegance' peony (Paeonia 'Romantic Elegance') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Soft pink, semi-double flowers open early in the season and stay cold tolerant. Tim Kornder bred it, and it grows on strong 24 inch stems.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Earth Angel hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
