Notes

'Rose Mist' peony (Paeonia 'Rose Mist') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The single rose-pink blooms have cream shading, and each stem carries three buds. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. John and Dot McFarlane introduced it in 2001.

Pairs well with Garden phlox, Hicksii yew, and Niobe clematis.
