Notes

'Rose Queen' Spanish bluebell (Hyacinthoides hispanica 'Rose Queen') is a bulb for borders, containers, woodland gardens, and naturalized drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a clump 12 to 18 inches tall and grows quickly. Rose pink flowers open from early to late spring. Deer tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Eastern columbine, Yellow trout-lily, Sedge, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
