Notes
'Safari Adventure' pineapple lily (Eucomis 'Safari Adventure') is a bulb with a tropical look. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Flower spikes look like little pineapples with a tuft of bracts on top. They open cream and age to deep rosy-purple, and bees visit them. In colder spots, mulch the bulbs with fallen leaves in winter.
Pairs well with Fountain grass, Pink, and American agave.
