Notes

'Sandra Marie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Sandra Marie') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Light pink semi-double blooms with light yellow centers open in late spring and smell sweet. Strong stems hold the flowers erect. Don Hollingsworth bred it in 1998.

Pairs well with Ostrich fern, Bloodroot, and Autumn Blaze maple.
