Notes

'Sapporo' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Sapporo') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. The fragrant blooms are pink and yellow with a red heart. Flower spikes open from early to late summer and again from early to late autumn. Bees visit the flowers, and plants reach 36 to 42 inches tall.
