Notes
'Satin Rose' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Satin Rose') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears fragrant, single pink flowers that you can cut for a vase. Place it where you can enjoy the scent up close. Victor Lemoine & Sons bred it.
Pairs well with Arabella clematis, Anglojap yew, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Ostrich fern.
