Notes
'ScentAmazing' forest gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides 'ScentAmazing') is a shrub for borders, containers, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It sits low on the menu for deer. It grows into a dense, evergreen mound that stays 24 to 36 inches tall and wide. The fragrant flowers open in spring, summer, and autumn, and bees visit them.
Pairs well with Common holly, Society garlic, and Snapdragon.
