Notes

'Jubilation' forest gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides 'Jubilation') is a shrub for borders, containers, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It stays dense and evergreen, and the blooms are fragrant. Bees visit the flowers, and birds visit the plant too. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Tea plant, Rose of sharon, Carolina jessamine, and Anemone.
