Notes

'Seabright' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Seabright') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its columnar shape fits in tight spaces, and spring flowers attract butterflies and bees. It is not self-fertile, so plant a second cherry nearby for fruit that is grown for eating fresh.

Pairs well with Spotted joe-pye weed, Brown-eyed Susan, Ice Follies daffodil, and Virginia rose.
