Notes

'Seidlite' peony (Paeonia 'Seidlite') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Semi-double rosy pink flowers with yellow shading and dark wine flares open in early to late spring and reach 6 inches across. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It may bloom again in fall, though not profusely.

Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Lamb’s ear, and Mock orange.
