Seiryu tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Seiryu (or Seiryo)') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its blooms are white. The white flowers brighten a border and look nice in a vase.
