'Shan Hé Làn Màn' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Shan Hé Làn Màn') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, double flowers are deep purplish pink with dark purple flares at the base of the petals.
