Notes

'Shangri-La' rose (Rosa 'Shangri-La') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows upright to about 47 inches tall with dark green leaves. Fragrant light pink blooms open in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Rob Somerfield bred it in 2017.

Pairs well with Bridal wreath spiraea, Prairie dropseed, Grape hyacinth, and Spurge.
