Notes
'Snow Mountain' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Snow Mountain') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The tall, strong stems hold double white blooms that open light creamy pink and fade to white. It blooms in mid-season, and the dark green leaves stay clean and healthy.
Pairs well with American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
