Notes

'Sonoma YeDo' peony (Paeonia 'Sonoma YeDo') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double yellow flowers reach 6 inches or more across, with ivory edges and pink flares. Itoh foliage forms a spreading plant about 28 inches tall that needs no support. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Limelight hydrangea, and Nodding onion.
