Notes

Southern harebell (Campanula divaricata) is a perennial for pollinator gardens and meadows. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is drought tolerant, so it suits dry spots. White to blue flowers open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit them, and the plant grows up to 28 inches tall.

Pairs well with Spotted beebalm, Big bluestem, and Indian grass.
