Notes

Spiderleaf (Ipomoea lobata) is a climbing vine for borders, accents, and specimen planting. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and average to wet, sandy soil. It grows fast and can reach 10 to 16 feet tall. Its red blooms fade to pale yellow, and they attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees.

Pairs well with Cup and saucer vine, Lantana, Mystic Illusion dahlia, and Creeping zinnia.
