Notes

'Spring Yellow' Siberian bugloss (Brunnera macrophylla 'Spring Yellow') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodland settings, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It forms a clump 9 to 18 inches tall and wide. Blue flowers open from early to late spring and attract bees.

Pairs well with Night Before Christmas hosta, Paul Scherer tulip, and Limelight Prime panicle hydrangea.
