Notes

'Spritzer' hosta (Hosta 'Spritzer') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and wide. Purple flowers bloom from early to late summer and attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with White phlox, Sorbet peony, and Autumn crocus.
