Notes

'St. Croix' grape (Vitis 'St. Croix') is a fruit for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. The vine can climb from about 10 to 20 feet tall, so give it a sturdy trellis. Bees and birds visit it, and it blooms in early to late summer.

Pairs well with Anjou pear, Black raspberry, Salad burnet, and Fennel.
