Notes

'Stardust' peony (Paeonia 'Stardust') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It covers itself with small yellow flowers in early to late spring, and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it.

Pairs well with Mock orange, Elegans hosta, and Lily.
