Notes

'Stillman' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Stillman') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The cup-shaped flowers are white with white guards. A yellow center of narrow petals sits in the middle of each bloom. Ernest Flint Kelsey bred it.

Pairs well with Solomon's seal, Miss Kim lilac, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
