Notes

'Summer Night' peony (Paeonia 'Summer Night') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Its fragrant rose and yellow flowers attract butterflies and bees, and Arthur Percy Saunders bred it.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Blue fescue, Lily, and Cheyenne Spirit echinacea.
