Notes
'Summit' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Summit') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its columnar habit keeps the tree narrow, so it fits smaller yards and tight spaces. It blooms in early to late spring. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers, which gives your garden an early boost for pollinators.
Pairs well with Campfire rose, Paul Scherer tulip, Spiked speedwell, and Thalia daffodil.
