Notes

'Sunfisher' Siberian iris (Iris sibirica 'Sunfisher') is a perennial for borders, low maintenance beds, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. It forms a clumping mound 24 to 36 inches tall, and butterflies and hummingbirds visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Flowers open in spring and again in summer.

Pairs well with Brookside crane's-bill, Lady's mantle, Roma greater masterwort, and Purple Sensation ornamental onion.
