Notes

'Sunglint' peony (Paeonia 'Sunglint') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its yellow, fragrant blooms attract butterflies and bees, and the sturdy upright stems hold them well. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Professor Arthur Percy Saunders bred it.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Little bluestem, and Woodland phlox.
