Notes

'Suzanne Krekler' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Suzanne Krekler') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its ball-like, silvery light pink flowers open in late spring on strong upright stems that reach 33 inches. Pale green at the petal bases glows through the lower petals. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Ostrich fern, Sedge, and Winterberry.
